What parents need to know!!

I found this article on transition for the hearing and vision impaired. Transition is preparing your child to go from high school to the outside world and for a lot of us it is a scary situation. If it is scary to us, how do you think our children feel. This transition is something that needs to be addressed by parents of both children that are non-disabled and disabled. We need to let go but make sure we are there as a safety net to our children. We need to offer guidance. We are still our children's parents.
